Works on Paper at Latitude 26

Works on paper encompass a wide range of expressive techniques, each offering a unique window into the creative process. Drawing and ink work reveal the directness of a stroke, while printmaking—from lithography to woodcuts—showcases the mastery of multiple originals. Watercolor brings a fluid, translucent quality that interacts beautifully with the paper’s texture, and collage allows for a multi-layered exploration of form and medium. At Latitude 26, we engage with these creative approaches through a modern editorial lens, highlighting the sophisticated and quiet atmosphere that paper-based art brings to a space. Whether it is the tooth of raw paper or the precise bleed of ink, each piece invites you to appreciate the artisanal craftsmanship of local and regional artists who push the boundaries of this versatile art form.
